マゼランとエルカーノによる最初の世界一周航海500周年記念
2019年から2022年は、ポルトガルの冒険家フェルディナンド・マゼランFerdinand Magellanとその後継者スペイン人フアン・セバスティアン・エルカーノJuan Sebastian Elcanoの世界一周航海の旅に出発した1519年から500周年を記念するお祝いの年です。3年の長きにわたる航海の克明な記録を残した、イタリア人乗組員アントニオ・ピガフェッタほか、無事帰国した乗組員の航海日誌を元にMGスクールのコレクションが展示されました。

コレクション
マゼランとエルカーノによる史上初の世界一周達成500周年記念 コレクションの紹介作品

スペインは、3年間にわたる歴史的マイルストーンとなった旅の出発点でした。
230人以上の乗員を乗せた5隻の船が新しいルートを求めてスパイス諸島（現在のインドネシアの島々）への遠征を開始し、1522年の重要な世界一周達成で締めくくられました。
才能あふれるMGスクールのアーティストはこの重要なイベントに参加しています。全部で41点の作品コレクションです。

展示場所：インスティトゥト・セルバンテス東京　2019年、2121年9月〜10月　出品数：40点
長崎歴史文化博物館　2022年4月〜5月　出品数:　37点
